2012 CHVA National Tour - In and around Natchitoches LA: September 30 - October 7, 2012

Generally October is a fine weather month in Louisiana and Texas – and though we can't guarantee the weather, we do believe you will experience history and sights that will surprise, fun that will be had, and camaraderie that is expected of CHVA members.

2014 And Beyond

At this time, we do not have any national tours lined up beyond 2013. I have appealed to regional directors to urge their members to take up this cause, but many of you are not affiliated with any region.

So, it would be greatly appreciated if you would consider leading a future national tour. It is not too late to get a good tour going for 2014, and not too early to begin thinking about 2015. I am in the process of updating the National Tour Planning Guide, and will be happy to assist you in any way that I can. You could also call on tour leaders of the past for advice.

There are many areas of the U.S. that we have never toured, and many that we have not been to for several years. I'm sure there are interesting sites in your own backyards, so put something together and share them with the entire club.
